Refund policy

At Grandeur Beauty, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unopened
In its original packaging and sealed condition
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare, beauty, or personal care products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless faulty)
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at grandeurbeautysa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Grandeur Beauty is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
