Processing & Shipping Times

Standard delivery within South Africa costs R113 per order.

Estimated delivery within South Africa is approximately 5–14 business days. Some designer or imported items may take longer, depending on product availability and import requirements.

 Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at grandeurbeautysa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
